a) To carry on the business of ginners, spinners, weavers, knitters, combers, manufactures products, processes, imports, exports, buyers, sellers of and dealers in all kinds of yarns and fibers, whether synthetic artificial or natural, nylon, polyester, acrylic, rayon, silk, artificial silk, linen, cotton, wool, jute and any other fiber or fibrous material whether synthetic artificial or natural, textile substances allied products by products and substitutes for all or many of them and to treat and utilize any waste arising from any such manufactures, production or process whether carried on by the company or companies.

b) To undertake ginning, spinning, weaving, knitting, bleaching, dyeing, combing and pressing of varieties of cotton/synthetic fiber and yarns such asrayon, nylon, Dacron, terylene, staple fiber, their processes of every description whether on the companies qwm account or for any person or persons, firm of firms, company or companies.

c) To carry on the business of manufactures, producer, processes, importers, exporters, buyers, sellers of and dealers in all kinds of fabric and textile prepared or manufactured from nylon polyester, acrylics, silk, linen, cotton, jute and other synthetic, artificial and natural yarn and fibers and converters of synthetic, artificial and natural fibers including fiber glass into materials like cloth, tapes, ropes, yarns, twins hosiers, dress maker furries, clothes and outfitters and such other articles as may be conveniently produced or manufactured and further to manufacture or help on manufacturing or any spare parts, accessories or in any thing or things required and necessary for the above mentioned business.

d) To carry on the business of manufacturing, processing, trading, importing, exporting or otherwise dealing in all types of fabrics, hosiery goods, cloth, matting’s carpets or any other products made from any types of fibrous substances, either woven, non- woven, knitted, felted, looped, tuffed, chemically bonded or thermal bonded and products made upto from such fabrics, cloth, mattings of carpets.
